Mount Pleasant has grown rapidly into one of the most dynamic communities in southeastern Wisconsin, with a location that puts residents in close proximity to both the Racine lakefront and the broader Milwaukee and Chicago metro areas. The Wind Point Lighthouse, just north of Racine along the Lake Michigan shore, is one of the tallest and oldest lighthouses on the Great Lakes and a beautiful local landmark that reflects the area's deep maritime history. Cliffside Park in Racine offers dramatic lake bluff views and wooded trails along the shore, and the Racine Zoo provides a free and family-friendly community amenity right on the lakefront. The community's continued growth means new restaurants and services are opening regularly, making Mount Pleasant a place with genuine momentum and a strong sense of forward direction.
