Position Summary

As the Wellness Director (RN), you will oversee all clinical and nursing services within the community, ensuring residents receive high-quality care that meets their physical,emotional, and healthcare needs. You will lead and mentor nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments, develop individualized service plans, and ensure compliance with all state regulations and community policies.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader who is passionate about resident wellness, staff development, and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all nursing and wellness services within the community
  • Conduct resident assessments and coordinate individualized care and service plans
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and healthcare standards
  • Manage medication administration programs and resident health monitoring
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop nursing staff
  • Partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to coordinate care
  • Monitor resident wellness and respond appropriately to changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
  • Promote a culture of compassion, accountability, and exceptional resident care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Utah
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare settings
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team
