Works under the supervision of the Med-Surg Nurse Manager. The Staff RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and supervises individual patient care on the nursing unit according to established policies, procedures and guidelines. Summary The RN Case Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of care patients receive during medical centerization and post discharge while ensuring the organization is fully reimbursed.
