Nursing Assistant – Inpatient Oncology (Full-Time Nights)

Schedule

  • Full-time night shift
  • Rotating: 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off
  • Must be able to reliably work full-time, including weekends/holidays

Summary

Provides direct patient care on an inpatient oncology unit, supporting patients and the care team with compassion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with ADLs (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility)
  • Monitor and report vital signs and patient changes
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment
  • Respond to call lights and assist with admissions, discharges, and transport
  • Document care accurately
