Nursing Assistant – Inpatient Oncology (Full-Time Nights)

Schedule

Full-time night shift
Rotating: 5 days on, 5 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off
Must be able to reliably work full-time, including weekends/holidays

Summary

Provides direct patient care on an inpatient oncology unit, supporting patients and the care team with compassion, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist with ADLs (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility)
Monitor and report vital signs and patient changes
Maintain a safe, clean environment
Respond to call lights and assist with admissions, discharges, and transport
Document care accurately

Expectations

Must be kind, compassionate, and patient-centered
Support patients and families during emotionally challenging situations
Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications

CNA preferred
Inpatient experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
