Job Summary:

We're looking for a dedicated and caring Caregiver to provide non-medical in-home services to our clients in Hermitage, TN. As a Caregiver with Delta Homecare, you will assist with daily living activities, such as companionship, light housekeeping, meal assistance, and medication reminders, to name a few.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and engage in conversation, games, and activities with clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, including sweeping, mopping, and laundry
• Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and serving
• Help clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Accompany clients on errands, including grocery shopping and banking
• Provide medication reminders and other daily living tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate demeanor
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
