Serenity Hospice PA is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time RN Case Manager to join our growing team in Monroeville, PA. On-Call Requirement:
This position includes a 7-day on-call rotation every three weeks with additional on-call compensation provided.

Requirements:
• Active Pennsylvania RN License
• Hospice experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and commitment to quality patient care
