As a RN Case Manager You will:   

Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients

Create hospice care plans that align with the patient's wishes and goals

Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions

Provide pain and symptom management

Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
- One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
- Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
- Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
- Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order

As the Afterhours Registered Nurse's your primary focus is to conduct comprehensive and timely delivery of hospice care for patients and their families after regular business hours, including at night and on the weekends. RN- Intensive Care Unit

Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) will assume responsibility and accountability for the adult and geriatric patients undergoing continuous monitoring for cardiac, post-surgical, respiratory, and/or psychiatric diagnoses. The CCU RN will often be active participants in bedside procedures with physicians. He/She will be responsible for certain specialty equipment and procedures such as managing arterial lines, ventilators, hypothermia protocol, and performing peritoneal dialysis. As a CCU RN, he/she will be part of the Rapid Response Team and will assist hospital staff in assessing, treating and transferring (if needed) deteriorating patients to the appropriate unit. He/She will provide appropriate care and comfort needs for the well-being of the patients by assessing, administering medications as ordered and educating patients and family members about active treatment plans and goals. Overview The Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) will work with a team of physicians, other nurses, patient care techs, and other professionals from various departments of the hospital such as Laboratory, Radiology, and Respiratory Therapy. CRHS ED is a certified Level III Trauma Center, AR SAVES spoke site and receiving site, and a designated Arkansas Stroke Ready Hospital (ArSRH). The ED RN is part of a team that provides care for traumatically injured patients, and critically ill patients suffering from life threatening conditions such as Heart Attack or Stroke. The ED RN works alongside the team with the common goal of providing compassionate, quality care to a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics within a fast paced environment. The ED RN will assess and monitor a wide array of health conditions and injuries, administer medications, and perform procedures such as moderate sedation, intraosseous and intravascular therapy, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The ED RN must have a mind that is always assessing and triaging patient complaints and conditions with efficiency and accuracy. Overview 3 South is an 18 bed-unit in which the Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for patients admitted for general cardiac diagnoses as well as sepsis, COPD, pneumonia, and stroke.
