MaineHealth Cancer Care, Blood Disorders and IV Therapy, a member of MaineHealth Medical Group, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Associate (PA) to join our inpatient consult team at Maine Medical Center Portland.
This is a four 10-hour day position that will primarily support the inpatient hematology oncology consult service, working collaboratively with attending physicians and the multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Additional responsibilities include supporting the dedicated inpatient hematologic malignancy service through assistance with procedures and patient coverage as needed, within a collaborative academic and clinical environment alongside a dedicated oncology team.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred
- Successful completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligible for licensure as a Physician Associate or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
- Current BLS certification
