High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Responsibilities: As a Field Supervisor, you will: Conduct required in-home quality and compliance visits Travel regularly to multiple client homes Complete trainer certification and provide caregiver training as needed Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation (first day of employment) Complete new client onboarding paperwork, assess service needs, and determine visit cadence Participate in Care partner orientations 2 days a week in the office setting to provide dementia training or hands on training related to transfers (hoyer, gait belt etc) and other ADLS as needed Assist with annual performance evaluations of care partners. Assist with providing services to clients in case of a call out or may need to fill in for a shift while oncall gets the shift staffed ( VIPS or veterans) Participate in the rotation of oncall ( once every 3 weeks) Perform complaint investigations Helps with in office recruitment hiring events every quarter as needed.
