Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Atlanta, GA, for an Advanced Clinical Nurse Educator at Grady Health System. In this role, you will develop and implement education programs and training to support the professional development of nursing staff. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and improve clinical practices, drive evidence-based care, and support new nurses through onboarding and mentorship. Additional responsibilities include curriculum development, facilitating workshops, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare and educational standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Nursing and Nursing Education
Experience in Curriculum Development and delivering educational training for healthcare professionals
Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills
Proficient in designing and implementing evidence-based clinical practices
Registered Nurse (RN) license and advanced certifications preferred
A Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Education, or related field is highly desirable
Previous experience in mentorship and staff development in healthcare settings is an asset
