Marquis Health Consulting Services provides administrative and consulting services to skilled nursing facilities throughout the continental United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys proactive candidate outreach, and has a true “hunter” mentality to identify and engage top nursing talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and recruit Registered Nurses for skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, and post-acute care facilities

  • Utilize job boards, resume databases, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build strong RN candidate pipelines

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and email outreach to prospective candidates daily

  • Identify passive candidates and engage them through strategic sourcing techniques

  • Partner closely with recruiters, facility leadership, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-priority RN roles

  • Attend hiring events, job fairs, and recruitment initiatives as needed

  • Track sourcing activity and meet weekly performance metrics and recruitment goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience required

  • Must have proven “hunting” experience with proactive outbound sourcing and cold outreach

  • Experience recruiting Registered Nurses strongly preferred

  • Experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare staffing preferred

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and resume databases

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily

  • Must have an RN license
