Day Shifts Available

Job Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Record resident information in electronic health records (EHR)
Additional duties as assigned by job description and management

Qualifications:

Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio (Required)

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
