Job Summary:

Right at Home Central MO is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in Columbia, Missouri. As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your clients, while also being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressing
Build strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
Collaborate with clients' healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and support
Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
Travel to clients' homes in Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding areas

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion Caregiver
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to clients
