Serenity Hospice PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Dauphin and York Counties.

This position offers a flexible 7 on / 7 off schedule, allowing for strong work-life balance while providing meaningful end-of-life care to patients and families in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate on-call nursing care to hospice patients
Respond to after-hours patient needs and symptom management
Perform nursing assessments and interventions
Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and hospice team members
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania RN license
Hospice or home health experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate bedside manner
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
