Right at Home is seeking a compassionate, experienced Retired Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care agency. This flexible position is ideal for a retired nurse who wants to continue making a difference in the lives of seniors and adults in need of care while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home client assessments and reassessments

  • Develop and update individualized care plans

  • Perform caregiver supervisory visits and competency evaluations

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and office staff

  • Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations

  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals as needed

  • Participate in quality assurance and client satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Previous experience in home care, home health, hospice, or case management preferred

  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client visits

  • Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care
