Aspire Senior Living East Prairie, a leading long-term care facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a key member of our care team, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity

  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to provide high-quality care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

  • Must have an active & good standing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri

  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team

  • Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods
