Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff

  • Perform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular procedures

  • Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments

  • Accurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as needed

  • Track and manage care plans and treatment follow-ups

  • Maintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventory

  • Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities

  • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management team

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Medical Assistant credential

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

  • Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus
