 Qualifications:

· Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

· Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills

· Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self-control and tact in dealing with

co-workers, staff and residents

· Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant

 

Education/Experience:

·          High school diploma or equivalent

·          1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity preferably in a long-term care setting


Background Screening Requirement:

 

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

A Nursing Assistant performs patient care to patients under the direction and supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. . Responsibilities Essential Functions Assists patient with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination and nutritional needs.
