Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those with complex medical needs, under the supervision of a registered nurse
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and ordered by physicians
Monitor patients' vital signs, report changes, and document observations accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform basic wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, families, and visitors
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and safe environment
