Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare Of The West Valley in Buckeye, Arizona. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and assisting with daily living activities
Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other domestic duties
Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients, including ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
