Please note: DEMENTIA XPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS SPECIFIC POSITION


What you'll do as a dementia caregiver:

  • light ADL support

  • 1:1 cognitive support including redirection. This client does not have aggressive behavior.

  • walk with client for fall prevention

  • assist with eating

Overview The Rapid Response Care Professional is an on-call team member responsible for supporting urgent and last-minute client coverage needs. This role ensures continuity of care by filling schedule gaps due to call-offs, emergencies, or unexpected changes. Team members are scheduled for designated on-call periods and receive a flat-rate stipend for availability, along with an hourly rate when activated to work a shift.
