Part-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate - Gastroenterology

Description

MaineHealth Gastroenterology Brunswick is seeking a part-time Physician Associate or Nurse Practitioner to join their efficient practice with two other Physicians and two Nurse Practitioners. This is a 20-hour per week position consisting of mixed daily inpatient rounding and an abbreviated outpatient clinic schedule. This position has a week-day, work-hour only call schedule covering emergent inpatient cases; no weekends or holidays required.

Desired Qualifications And Experience

  • Master’s degree in PA studies from an accredited program or NPs with applicable experience/training.
  • Current state license in good standing, or the ability to obtain licensing in Maine.
  • DEA certificate with prescribing privileges.
  • BLS certification.
  • Minimum two years relevant experience required. GI background preferred.
