Will perform other related duties as assigned. 13. Perform duties via Telehealth methods when necessary. Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities 1. Education: High School Degree or equivalent. 2. License/Certification: NYS Certificate as Certified Nurse Assistant. 3. Equipment/Computer Software: Basic computer/ data entry. 4. Physical/Mental Demands: Walk long distances, climb stairs, run in an emergency and remain on her / his feet for long durations of time.
