We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team on a per diem or part-time weekends basis. As a CNA at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting their recovery, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

  • Participate in restorative care programs and activities to promote resident independence and well-being
