About the Role:

As an LPN Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Supervising a team of LPNs and CNAs during weekend shifts to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Providing direction and guidance to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
Collaborating with the medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients and residents
Coordinating patient care activities, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience and outcomes
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment, and progress
Providing emotional support and education to patients, families, and caregivers
