Responsibilities:
Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Assist clients with medication management, errands, and light housekeeping
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Answer phones as needed
Maintain calendar
