Training will be provided to qualified candidates.Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions
Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning procedures
Administer prescribed medications, nebulizer treatments, and physician-ordered respiratory interventions
Monitor ventilator function and escalate concerns to the appropriate clinical team
Educate residents, families, and staff regarding respiratory care needs
Support emergency respiratory interventions when necessary
Qualifications Required
Current Pennsylvania LPN or RN license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility, Subacute, LTACH, Rehab, or Hospital experience
Experience caring for residents with Ventilator support
