POSITION SUMMARY: Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Qualifications

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Level 3 or 4 student nurse of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Basic Life Support through American Heart Association.
  • Previous experience as a certified nurse aide or EMT – Basic preferred.
  • Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
