About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our night shift, you will be responsible for administering medications, wound care, and other necessary treatments to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care. Registered Nurse (RN) will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident's unique needs are met. With a focus on person-centered care, Registered Nurse (RN) will prioritize building relationships with our residents and their families, providing emotional support and comfort during times of need.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and physicians

  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and treatment

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care

Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

  • Experience in long-term care or similar setting; night shift experience preferred
