In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN), provides safe, quality care for patients/residents according to individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know, follow and maintain resident rights. Assists with over sight of non-clinical and support staff personnel.

Responsibilities

  • * Assesses patient health care needs, nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care for all assigned patient, recognizing the specific individual needs of the neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

Must have a minimum of six months experience in acute physical rehabilitation or acceptable related training (such as experience working with conditions including neuromuscular and orthopedic) and experience is preferred.

Certified Rehab Nurse preferred.

Must pass lift test.
