CNA Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs
Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Assist with feeding, repositioning, and transfers
Maintain accurate resident documentation
Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Missouri
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
