Schedule: Full Time – 40 hours

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, serving as the manager of the APP team, this position is responsible for the selection, training, oversight, and ongoing education and development of APP team members. Partners with administrative and physician leaders to foster shared accountability for care team engagement, patient experience, quality, as well as financial performance and overall success of the Ambulatory Cardiology – Cardiovascular Service Line (CVSL).
Full Time – 40 hours week – Salaried

Minimum Qualifications
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate program.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Experience:Five years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years progressive leadership experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Must have basic understanding of leadership and management principles, good communication and problem solving skills. Prior management experience is desirable.
- Skill in time management, problem solving, crisis intervention, multitasking and handling complex organizational matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, clinical staff and colleagues.
