Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our flexible, team‑focused surgical services department. You will work as part of a collaborative team of three, supporting a daily caseload of 8–10 surgeries across a variety of specialties, including General Surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Urology, and Podiatry. This role also includes occasional float support to Endoscopy based on departmental needs.

Schedule & Call Requirements

  • Day shift: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 4 days a week
  • Call rotation: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend call shift every 4–5 weeks
  • Holiday rotation: 1–2 major holidays per year

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology required.
  • License/Certifications: Current BCLS and certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required within 6 months of start date. Positions located in New Hampshire are required to have a New Hampshire Med Tech License or NH EMT License with National Registry Certification.
  • Experience: One year of experience preferred.
