SYNERGY HomeCare of Miami is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide non-medical in-home care services throughout Miami-Dade County.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. We are currently experiencing high demand for English-speaking caregivers on the weekends, and we are looking for professionals who can communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Compensation:
• $18.00–$19.50 per hour
• Higher rates may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and qualifications
• Flexible schedules available
• Full-time and part-time opportunities (weekends)

Requirements:
• Fluent or highly proficient spoken English

• Availability to work on the Weekends
• Must successfully pass an English proficiency interview
• Minimum 1 year of private duty, home care, assisted living, hospital, rehabilitation, or nursing home experience
• Valid CNA license or HHA certificate

• Up to date certifications and in service training
• Reliable transportation
• Professional and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Professional References
• Level 2 Background Screening (if available)
• HIV/AIDS 4-Hour Training Certificate (HIV 104)
• Alzheimer's/Dementia Training Certificate
• Required In-Service Training Certificates (HIPAA, OSHA, Infection Control, Assisting with Self-Medication, Elder Abuse)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's clients
• Experience with transfers and mobility assistance
• Post-operative care experience
• Availability for weekends, overnights.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
