What You’ll Do

Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Hospice Division
Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams
Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion
Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations
Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success
Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision

Required Qualifications

Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices

Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization

SUMMARY: The Clinic Registered Nurse Coordinator serves in the role of Clinical Coordinator responsible for ensuring the functions optimally by appropriately delegating and monitoring the activities of the Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant and Scheduling Clerks.
