About this LPN Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct vital signs and wound care, administer medications, and provide assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff
