Caregiver - Adult and Child Care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prosper in Little Elm, Texas. As a Caregiver with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and child clients who need a little bit of help or a lot. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our adult and child clients
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility, to ensure clients' independence and comfort
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure client-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate records and reports of client care, including medication administration and vital signs
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
