About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (Quadriplegic Support) to join our team in Little Elm, Texas. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our quadriplegic clients, supporting their daily living needs and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one care to quadriplegic clients, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client
Monitor and report any changes in client condition, concerns, or needs to the care team
Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless care experience
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry standards
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
