Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• CPR certification preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
