Caregiver Job Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe and independent in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Providing mobility assistance and transfers
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Offering companionship and emotional support
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Providing medication reminders
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

HHA certification or CNA license preferred, but not required—we provide HHA training
Previous caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience preferred
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
High school diploma or GED
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to pass an AHCA Level II background screening
Available to work at least two shifts per week
