What You'll Do
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:
Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Building meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and well-being
Encouraging social engagement and participation in daily activities
Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Creating a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for
Working alongside nurses and caregivers to deliver exceptional senior care
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred or as required by state regulations)
At least 6 months of experience as an HHA, Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, or DSP
Memory Care experience is a plus
Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping seniors live their best lives
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
