Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

High School Diploma or GED required
60 hours or more of college coursework
2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
- (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.

Assists/observes medications and treatments for each resident using the medication observation record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass. Maintains confidentiality of all resident information including resident medication. Reports all resident concerns made while assisting resident with the medication to the Nurse and/or Health Care Coordinator (HCC). Restocks medication cart after all medication passes. Assists in checking medication regardless of packaging system. Counts all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager or Nurse each shift. Maintains and cleans the Medication Room, med charts, treatment carts for neatness cleanliness, availability of medications and expired medications. Follows re-fill process for medications. Participates in the development of the Service Plan and monthly updates. Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration rates. Reports occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, sharp sticks and hazardous chemicals immediately. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred. High School diploma/GED Must be 18 years of age.
