About the Role:

Night shift: 6:30pm - 7 am, 7pm-11pm

As a CAREGIVER, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Providing medication assistance and vital sign checks

  • Encouraging socialization and participation in activities

  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment

  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
