At Southwestern Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our overnight nursing team and ensure the highest standards of clinical care and resident safety.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong leadership skills who is passionate about mentoring staff, promoting quality care, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift, ensuring quality resident care.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nurses and nursing assistants.
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status or emergencies.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, nursing standards, and state and federal regulations.
Oversee documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care.
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Prior supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Infection Control certification is a plus.
