7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Full-Time Shift Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader ready to take the next step, overseeing daily operations and ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care throughout their shift.

What You'll Do:

Supervise nursing staff and maintain continuity of care throughout the shift
Act as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families
Oversee resident care plans, ensuring compliance with facility policies and standards of practice
Respond decisively to emergencies to protect resident safety
Support staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift-to-shift reporting
Maintain clear communication with department heads and administration

What You'll Bring:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience a plus
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Infection control certification preferred
