DaVita is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead and coordinate care for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in an outpatient dialysis setting. In this key role, you’ll manage clinical operations, support your team, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead clinical care for ESRD patients, including lab tracking, vitals, and treatment planning
Supervise and support nursing and patient care staff
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Current RN license (in good standing)
Minimum 12 months clinical RN experience
At least 6 months dialysis experience required
CPR certification

Supervisory experience a plus (or willingness to lead)
