This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practitioner who is passionate about improving quality of life, guiding patients through goals-of-care discussions, and providing holistic support for individuals with serious illnesses. Join a collaborative team committed to delivering exceptional, faith-based care in a welcoming community setting just outside St. Louis. Position Highlights Monday-Friday clinic schedule Clinic hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Part-time position - 32hrs/week Outpatient-focused practice Average of 8 patients per day Providers manage their own patient panel Minimal call responsibilities with infrequent urgent patient needs System-wide EMR Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vacation, 401k, and CME Relocation assistance and Malpractice insurance All patient care is delivered in the outpatient setting, with inpatient involvement limited to communication regarding outpatient referrals. Experience in hospice, palliative care, oncology, geriatrics, or related fields is strongly preferred.
