Requirements for Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN):

  • Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN Massachusetts state license and current CPR certification.

  • Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care

  • Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills

  • Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred

Job Duties for Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN):

  • Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges

  • Supervise 3p-11p RN, LPN, and CNA staff

  • Ensure and provide high-quality care
