Foundation Health Partners 1st Care, a family medicine walk-in medical clinic, is seeking an experienced advanced practice provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join their growing team.

The Opportunity:

FHP 1st Care is an ED-light clinic that manages a variety of health concerns, including orthopedic injuries, minor traumas, acute and chronic illness, and pediatric complaints. Our team provides advanced diagnostics through our on-site lab and radiology, with efficient access to an advanced imaging center. As the go-to community provider for walk-in care, you can expect that every day will present new and exciting challenges.

Compensation: Base plus production model. $135,000 base salary with an anticipated $110,000 to $123,200 in production pay, for an estimated total compensation between $245,164 and $258,364 annually. $40,000 sign-on bonus.
Benefits: Full employee benefits, medical, vision, dental, 401k.
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 156 shifts per year. No on-call duties. 7 weeks ATO and 2 weeks for CME.
Patients: Average of 30 patients per day, ages 2 days to 99 years
Team: 11 providers who work independently in a collegial and collaborative environment.
