  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

  • Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans

  • Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and respect towards all residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
